The Ugnayan Filipino Community at St. Francis of Assisi Church held their annual fundraiser dance on 5-12-12. It was a fun evening with lots of food, dancing and great company!

The paper houses campaign was successful once again this year. For the second year in a row the Church of St. Francis of Assisi collected the most miniature houses which function as three dimensional petitions. The Volunteer Christmas Party, held on December 8th this year, was a huge success. There were over 140 volunteers in attendance. This year on November 2nd, in addition to our normal daily masses commemorating the faithful departed, the Church of St. Francis of Assisi also held a very special Mass of Remembrance at 7:00 PM. This past weekend the Church of St. Francis of Assisi held its first every Ministry Fair in the San Damiano Hall. Volunteers from 16 ministries did an amazing job of decorating tables representing their ministry, and then were present after all of the Masses on Saturday and Sunday to give information about what they do.
